Went through security at Pearson and the agent specifically commented on the quality of the bag. Fits under most airline seats without issue. The collapsible bowl is a nice bonus.
I was worried my cat would hate the carrier but she actually walks into it on her own now. I leave it out at home so she's used to it. Made our vet trips so much less stressful.
Very solid construction. The zippers are smooth and secure. The built-in water bottle holder is super convenient. Only minor thing is it runs slightly small — size up if your pet is on the larger end.
The mesh ventilation is excellent — my cat stayed calm the whole 4-hour flight. The expandable side panel is genius, gives her extra room once we're at cruising altitude.
Used this on a Montreal to Vancouver flight and a Vancouver to Toronto flight. Fits perfectly under the seat. My shih tzu was comfortable the whole time. Zero stress.
